Welcome to UTEP's Forensic Science Program

Our Forensic Science Program was developed following the guidelines of the American Association of Forensic Science and includes tracks in Biology, Chemistry, Geology and Physics. Our first class of students starts during the fall 2011 semester. 

We are currently forming our Forensic Science Advisory Committee of internal and external members, practitioners in the field of forensic science.

- UTEP Forensic Science Club elects officers!!!

- Dr. Paul Goldstein, Forensic Science Professor, will speak on "Why Crime Labs Fail Accreditation: Quality Control and Training of Forensic Scientists" on Friday, February 24th at 3:00 pm. Location to be announced.

Program Info

The undergraduate program in Forensic Science at The University of Texas at El Paso is a multi-disciplinary collaboration between many academic disciplines relevant to forensic science.
